Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering a series of multi‑discipline projects through pre‑construction, design, construction, commissioning, handover & close‑out reporting to the Delivery Lead. The Project Manager will shape the end‑to‑end strategy for delivery of their scopes, bringing efficiencies by reviewing the scopes as a whole rather than individual projects.

This role will also interact with multiple stakeholders including client and contractors, requiring a great degree of self‑management and time‑management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibility for project delivery across the full project lifecycle for allocated projects in a particular area of the programme.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Work in conjunction with the other project disciplines to ensure that all works meet the Quality and HSE / CDM requirements.
• Work with the functional teams to ensure the application of management controls.
