We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie at Audleys Wood Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

Responsibilities

The role of a Chef de Partie at Audleys Wood Hotel involves taking ownership of a designated section within the kitchen and supporting the delivery of an exceptional culinary experience for guests. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef team, the Chef de Partie prepares, cooks, and presents dishes to a consistently high standard, ensuring quality, care, and seasonal flair in every service. As Chef de Partie, your role will focus on managing your section efficiently during service, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety, and ensuring mise en place is completed to the highest level. Responsibilities include supporting junior team members, monitoring stock within your section, assisting with menu preparation across the hotel, including private dining and special events, and helping to ensure every dish enhances the guest experience.

Qualifications

You will have previous experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a quality hotel or restaurant environment, with a good understanding of running a section and maintaining high culinary standards. You will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for food, learning, and development. We seek candidates who are passionate, show the ability to go above and beyond naturally, take pride in delivering consistently high standards, and pay attention to all details with a focus on service, excellence and consistency.
