You’ll join a smart and supportive analytics team, helping to drive meaningful decisions with actionable, accessible dashboards and insights. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of Power BI reporting, working closely with teams across the business to deliver beautifully designed and impactful data visualisations.

What You’ll Do:

Design, develop, and optimise Power BI dashboards and data models
Own the reporting UX and data visualisation experience across key functions
Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver insightful BI tools
Ensure data integrity, performance, and best practices across reporting systems
Be the Power BI subject matter expert – supporting, training, and upskilling users
Collaborate to embed insights into key customer and business decisions

What You’ll Bring:

Hands-on Power BI development experience (DAX, time intelligence, UX)
Solid SQL and data modelling skills
Experience working with stakeholders to design and deliver data solutions
An eye for clean, user-friendly design and a passion for clear insight
Self-starter energy, collaborative approach, and great attention to detail

Desirable but not essential: exposure to Databricks, Alteryx, or similar tools.
