Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or minimum of 6 months’ experience in an educational establishment
• Calm, patient and caring personal
• Good communication skills
• Good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
• Experience in working with and supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Successful applicants must complete an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide at least 2 references
