Salary £24,863.00 per Annum, plus chance to earn up to £2,000 discretionary bonus over each year pro‑rated.

Contractual hours: 37.5.

Basis: Full time.

Region: Bury.

About the Role

As a Store Colleague at H&T, you’ll be the face of our business, welcoming and supporting customers in over 285 stores. You’ll understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions and ensure they leave with the best possible outcome. No prior pawnbroking experience required; a genuine interest in people and a strong sense of integrity are essential. We provide full training and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Assist customers with pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
• Work collaboratively with the team to exceed targets.
• Handle transactions accurately and securely.
• Multilingual skills are a bonus.
