The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role
Consult with Purpose
- Lead and manage software development projects across Java, Python, TypeScript, AWS, React, and Angular.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and best practices.

- Drive delivery of defined scope and objectives with technical teams.
- Track progress, resolve risks/issues, and apply corrective actions.
- Provide technical guidance and promote reuse of existing solutions.
- Design solutions that minimize technical debt and align with enterprise architecture.
Architect Tomorrow
- Develop high‑level designs and solution architecture for business needs.
- Create option papers and work with architecture forums for approvals.
- Apply architectural principles, patterns, and integration best practices.
- Design scalable, future‑ready solutions aligned with enterprise vision
Your Skills
- Extensive experience in software architecture, application design, and full‑stack development across modern tech stacks.
- Proven ability to manage full project lifecycles—from planning and estimation to deployment and support.
- Skilled in designing and optimizing RESTful APIs and scalable, high‑performance application architectures.
- Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum) practices.
- Experienced in risk management, issue resolution, and project governance.
- Proficient with ServiceNow, Confluence, and JIRA for workflow and documentation.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities for cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder‑management expertise.
- Demonstrated success in delivering results in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
