Roles & Responsibilities

1. Overall in charge of sanitary, plumbing and sewerage works.
2. With minimum 4 years of experience as a plumbing and sanitary supervisor and a valid license to practise.
3. Supervise, schedule, evaluate and assign work to workers, maintain quality control, monitor work progress, and ensure safety procedures are adhered to.
4. Able to read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, sanitary and sewerage systems.
5. Collaborate with other construction professionals or contractors and work in tandem with them to ensure everything goes according to plan during renovation or new construction works.
6. Responsible for the management of on-site workers to ensure smooth operation and that the works are carried out in accordance with design drawings, construction specifications and related atlases.
7. Analyse jobs and work order requests to plan material, labour and time requirements and provide cost estimates when required.
8. Respond to emergency situations and provide plumbing and sanitary service response at all times.
9. Attend to ad hoc duties which may be assigned by the Management.
10. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing work saturday and sunday, after 10 pm.
