Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN Support)

Paddock School is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs. The ideal candidate must possess GCSEs in Maths and English, alongside a childcare qualification, and exhibit effective communication and organizational skills.

This role involves developing individual education programs and supporting children in a positive, professional environment. Training opportunities will be provided to assist in personal care and behavior management.
