Overview

About me Personal Assistant needed to support a woman with a brain and spinal injury.

Hours and rate of pay

Full part time and bank positions available. Shifts to include some nights and alternate weekends. Up to £15 per hour.

Location

Basildon SS13.

Requirements

• DBS/Checks Confirmation of DBS check.
• Right to Work and references will be needed.

Responsibilities

Duties would include all aspects of personal care, administering medication and assisting the lady to access the community so a driver’s licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills are essential.
• The role requires someone to have empathy and respect with an understanding of the need to ensure confidentiality is always maintained.
• Reliability and trustworthiness are essential to this role.
• Full support and training will be given but some care experience is essential.

Additional Information

• Additional hours may become available, so we are looking for someone who is flexible. You may also be required to assist the client on her holidays.
