Overview

MasonConstruction projects-North Devon is a growing SME construction contractor based in North Devon. We specialise in bespoke high‑end single builds for individual clients in unique locations, delivering high‑quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. The team comprises around 100 adaptable and dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities

• Work with a variety of block, brick and stone materials.
• Lay trench block and build boundary and retaining walls.
• Lay face brick and other facades on high‑end homes.
• Work competently with stone.
• Perform other wet‑trade tasks such as slabbing and tiling.
• Maintain a clean, tidy workspace and follow construction site safety procedures.
• Work independently, demonstrate competency, self‑delegate tasks, and represent the company professionally to clients.
• Adopt good time‑keeping and attendance practices.

Requirements

• Significant previous experience in the building industry.
• Time served (essential).
• Driving licence (essential).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work on own initiative.
• CSCS (not essential).
• NVQ (not essential).
• Ability to perform basic level multi‑trade tasks.

All projects are located within roughly 1 hour from Biddeford. A work vehicle can be provided if needed.
