Working in our Children’s Homes means being part of a young person’s day-to-day life, sharing the highs and the lows. As a night support worker you will help young people regain their childhood and build pathways to become well-rounded adults. The work is challenging yet rewarding, and the small moments of progress feel like huge victories.

Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. Our aim is to create the best possible outcomes for the young people in our care, and night support workers learn to make even the smallest positive changes that matter.
