The school is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to support students with SEN on a full-time basis. This role will start ASAP and continue until the end of the academic year, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Your Role:

1. Provide 1:1 and group support for students with SEN
2. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
3. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
4. Help students develop confidence, independence, and social skills
5. Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to meet student needs

What We’re Looking For:

1. Enthusiastic and compassionate individuals with a passion for SEN support
2. Experience working with children (preferred but not essential)
3. A team player with great communication skills
4. Patience, resilience, and a commitment to student development
