They are looking to hire a Founding Mechanical Design Engineer, a key role within a growing team. This position offers real ownership from day one, and you will become an important part of a small, focused group working on high-impact projects. You will work across disciplines, contributing to both design and implementation, while being ready to take on a variety of tasks in a fast-moving environment. This is a hands-on role where your work will have a clear and immediate impact from day one.
A relevant degree from a Russell Group university or equivalent~5+ years of experience in mechanical design within manufacturing systems~ High proficiency working with CAD, engineering drawings, and GD&T~ A genuine passion for design and mechanical manufacturing
