SEN Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Support & Growth

CERT Solutions Ltd is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant in Sandwell to support pupils with challenging behaviour. The ideal candidate will work closely with students on a 1:1 basis and small groups, assisting teachers in providing inclusive lessons.

Key responsibilities include creating a positive learning environment and providing tailored support according to the student’s needs. A minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification is required, along with prior experience in a school setting.
