About Role
Pathfinder CofE Primary School, part of the Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust (DEMAT), is seeking to appoint a full‑time Premises Manager.
Payscale: £31,537 – £33,699
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
Core hours – 8am – 4pm (some flexibility available).
Commencing: as soon as possible.
We are looking for an experienced Premises Manager to join our team, working 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year with specific working hours to be discussed. The purpose of this role is to support the schools with their day‑to‑day operational maintenance as well as their health and safety and premises compliance.
About You
- Have experience of working in a site support role, preferably within the education sector.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education.
- Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload.
- Be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils.
- Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative.
- Be able to work flexibly and professionally.
