Parcelforce Collection & Delivery Driver (Saturday Only)
Job Ref: 337771Contract: Fixed TermHours: 8 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Saturday, 07:00‑15:00.Location: Parcelforce Worldwide London Central, London, NW1 0QA
Pay and Benefits
Starting salary: £12.71 per hour (Saturday Weekend Premium +£4.26 applied → £16.97). After 6 months: £13.49 per hour (£17.75).Additional driving and annual allowances. Paid weekday and weekend overtime.Other benefits: excellent company pension, paid holiday allowance, medical cover (including eye and dental care), uniform and training, staff discounts.
Responsibilities
- Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes
- Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks
- Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses
- Providing a friendly, dependable service – whether it’s a birthday gift or important business mail
Qualifications and Requirements
- A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
- Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
- Someone who’s friendly, dependable, and customer focused
- Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
- Looking for a stable, long‑term role in a growing organisation
