Job Description
Your focus: The well‑being of guests and employees. You will support the coordination and management of the housekeeping department. You will also be responsible for:
- Shared responsibility for ordering and deliveries within the housekeeping department
- Collaboration with internal and external cleaning staff
- Ensuring and implementing Motel One Housekeeping standards and responsibility for cleanliness in all areas
- Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal coaching, cross‑training and induction of new employees in Housekeeping
- Cross‑departmental insights into new areas of activity through cooperation in our multicultural teams
Qualifications
- Ideally have professional experience in the hotel/catering and/or cleaning industry or be looking for a change of career
- Enjoy developing employees – management experience is beneficial
- Have an excellent sense of quality and service, as well as an aptitude for keeping things clean and tidy
- Be open and communicative and have a solid command of English
- Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
