As Night Chef de Partie, key aspects of your role will include:
- Working independently during the night
- Ensuring high quality, consistent output throughout the night
- Preparing mise-en-place to assist the day team as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.
- Lead by example, demonstrating culinary excellence and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional results.
- Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to our high standards.
Qualifications
- Several years’ experience working in high-end hotels and/or restaurants
- Strong organization skills and communication skills
- The ability to work well independently
- A positive mindset
- A genuine passion for working in hospitality
