Head of Field Sales (England) – Playground Equipment Industry
Location: Central England

Playdale Playgrounds is a dynamic, international business operating in over 50 countries, designing, manufacturing, and installing fun, exciting outdoor playground equipment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales representatives (6 and growing) across England
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in key accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify market trends and opportunities
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to ensure goals are met or exceeded
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the playground equipment industry, competitive landscape and customer needs
- Provide regular feedback to senior management on market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer needs
- Leverage strong IT skills to improve efficiencies via digitalisation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or qualifications in business, sales or a related field
- Proven experience as a sales manager, with key account management responsibilities
- Experience in the playground equipment industry is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing and motivating a sales team
- Experience with CRM software and sales data analysis
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel frequently within England; centrally based preferred
