Senior Care Assistant

Main duties of the job

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality care and support to residents of Aria Care. This includes assisting with daily activities, monitoring the well‑being of residents, and working closely with the nursing staff to ensure the best possible care. You will also be expected to take on a leadership role, mentoring and supporting junior members of your team.

Qualifications

• You will need to have previous experience as a Care Assistant, as well as strong communication and leadership skills. A relevant healthcare qualification, such as a diploma in health and social care, would be desirable.
