Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans.
- Carry out initial assessments, considering risk, situation and need.
- Record progress and outcomes timely and accurately using the case management system.
- Maintain contact with participants, identifying any emerging risks and concerns.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to achieve positive outcomes.
- Support participants to overcome housing challenges and understand their rights and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in social care, mental health, education, criminal justice, or as a recent graduate.
- Person‑centred approach and transferable skills.
- Effective communication and ability to engage diverse backgrounds.
- Resilient, adaptable, and a positive role model.
- Experience or willingness to work with adult males in custody and collaborate with Probation Practitioners.
Benefits and Compensation
Salary: Competitive pay ranging from £25,877 to £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
