A fantastic opportunity for a Commis Chef to join our team at Kimpton Charlotte Square on a Full-Time contract!

You will earn £13.41 per hour – equal to £27,892.80 salary, plus service charge

As a Commis Chef, you’ll bring your authentic personality to everything you do; you’ll be the ultimate host, confidently leading your own creative decisions that elevate every interaction and craft meaningful experiences.

Your main duties and responsibilities include assisting the Chef de Parties and wider kitchen team in providing excellent culinary experiences for guests, preparing food for service, and preparing essential elements of dishes.

To succeed as a Commis Chef, you will need:

  • Passion for delivering excellent culinary experiences and previous experience in a kitchen as a Chef or Apprentice Chef.
  • Motivation for a career within a kitchen, keen to learn and grow.
  • Drive to produce results and contribute to providing extremely personal experiences and human connection.
  • A warm and authentic personality, with a can‑do attitude and commitment to service.
  • Willingness to work within our team to embrace service and delight guests.
