HR Graduate (Recruitment)

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented graduate to join our HR team, based at our head office in Caterham, Surrey. The focus of this role will be recruitment.

What you’ll be doing

Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, you will support the delivery of end‑to‑end recruitment activities across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to build a career in recruitment, gaining hands‑on experience across the full hiring lifecycle, within a supportive and fast‑paced environment. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Support end‑to‑end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers
  • Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and internal talent pools
  • Create job adverts and support attraction campaigns
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication
  • Coordinate with hiring managers on shortlisting, interviews, and feedback
  • Support the wider HR team with additional HR activities, projects, and initiatives.

Skills & knowledge you’ll bring

  • Educated to degree level
  • Experience in recruitment or HR either work experience, placement or other work (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills & ability to tailor approach to different audiences
  • Confident using computer systems, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with using & managing large amounts of data and databases
  • Well‑organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in Recruitment and Human Resources
