I’m partnering with a leading organisation that is seeking a Contract Manager to join their dynamic team. You will support the Infrastructure, Operations, Cyber, and Technology Procurement and Contract Services teams, helping to deliver agile procurement activities and supplier management.
The Portfolio and Supplier Management team focuses on continuous process improvements and creating efficiencies across the business. In this role, you will help implement changes, support contract assurance, and collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with procurement teams to ensure cross-functional synergy and best practice sharing across common categories.
• Conduct contract reviews, provide guidance on templates, processes, governance, and support contract negotiations.
• Offer contract assurance to the business for goods and services contracts.
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with procurement teams to ensure governance compliance.
• Conduct compliance reviews and support with cyber audits.
• Work with the legal team to ensure procurement activities align with corporate governance standards.
• Identify opportunities for automation or system improvements to support procurement teams.
• Seek feedback from procurement teams to enhance tools and guidance documentation.
• Maintain regular communications and provide up-to-date guidance documentation.
