Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Technician located in Melsonby. The Architectural Technician will be responsible for creating technical and construction drawings, developing designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software, and applying expertise in architectural technology. The role involves close collaboration with designers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality outputs in both residential and commercial projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Technology and Architecture
- Experience in creating Technical Drawings and Construction Drawings
- Skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and other relevant design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with industry professionals
- Relevant qualifications, such as an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Previous experience in residential and/or commercial property projects is a plus
