Child Psychology Graduate – Learning Support Role

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEND, SEMH, and behavioural needs
• Work on a 1:1 basis and within small intervention groups
• Encourage positive social interactions and emotional regulation
• Assist with classroom learning activities
• Help pupils remain engaged and focused during lessons
• Collaborate with teaching staff and SEND teams

Qualifications

• Holds a Child Psychology or Psychology-related degree
• Is passionate about child development and education
• Has a nurturing and supportive approach
• Can remain calm and positive in challenging situations
• Wants to gain valuable experience within schools
• Is interested in future careers such as Educational Psychology, Therapy, Teaching, or SENDCO roles
