Responsibilities
- Support pupils with SEND, SEMH, and behavioural needs
- Work on a 1:1 basis and within small intervention groups
- Encourage positive social interactions and emotional regulation
- Assist with classroom learning activities
- Help pupils remain engaged and focused during lessons
- Collaborate with teaching staff and SEND teams
Qualifications
- Holds a Child Psychology or Psychology-related degree
- Is passionate about child development and education
- Has a nurturing and supportive approach
- Can remain calm and positive in challenging situations
- Wants to gain valuable experience within schools
- Is interested in future careers such as Educational Psychology, Therapy, Teaching, or SENDCO roles
