Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and caring individual to provide excellent customer care and support the reception team at our vibrant national Head Office in Stockport Town centre.
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and responsive administration and reception service.
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain accurate records and support office operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer care skills.
- Well organised and an excellent communicator verbally and via email.
- Supportive team player, flexible, responsive, and timely in approach.
