Remote Patent Attorney for AI IP Scenarios

Obsidian is seeking IP Practitioners (patent attorneys) to join a leading AI lab. In this role, you’ll design IP scenarios, evaluate AI model outputs, and help shape legal reasoning in AI.

The ideal candidate should have a J.D. and at least 1-4 years in IP prosecution or litigation, with a strong technical background preferred. The position offers flexible hours, minimum 15 hours per week, ideally 40+, with remote work options.
