Contract Manager, Adult Skills – Drive Local Impact

Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking a motivated and experienced Contract Manager to lead the Adult Skills Fund and wider Employment & Skills commissioning activity. This key role within the Employment & Skills Team ensures the delivery of skills provision that supports residents’ advancement.

The successful candidate will oversee provider performance, compliance, and quality assurance while working closely with colleges and internal colleagues to align commissioned activities with local priorities.
