Solutions Architect – SAP (Data Migration & MDG)

Full time on site in Leeds

£80k salary plus benefits + Car allowance or company car

We are recruiting for a Solutions Architect (SAP) to support a major SAP S/4HANA implementation and data migration programme. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Master Data Governance (MDG) and data migration solutions, from design through to implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities

Data Migration & Governance

• Develop and deliver data migration strategies aligned to MDG standards.
• Oversee ETL processes, ensuring accurate migration from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
• Maintain data quality, cleansing activities, and mapping documentation.

Integration & Applications

• Manage integration between SAP and local systems using SAP Integration Suite.
• Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.

Enhancements & Requirements

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
• Ensure solutions align with overall architecture and business goals.

Implementation & Rollout

• Support solution design, testing (UAT, integration), and system rollout.
• Adapt business processes and configuration for new locations and requirements.

Support

• Provide ongoing production support, ensuring system performance and stability.
• Apply ITIL best practices and maintain documentation and training.

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of key SAP modules (e.g. FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, HR/HCM).
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and data migration.
• Expertise in MDG, data governance, and integration.
• Good understanding of SAP architecture (NetWeaver, HANA, Fiori).
• Experience with SAP Data Services, Syniti, and Integration Suite.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience delivering end-to-end SAP projects and production support.
