Eclectic Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with a prestigious international law firm in the search for a Corporate Associate to join its highly regarded Mergers & Acquisitions team in New York.
This role is suited to an ambitious associate with 2–5 years’ experience in corporate transactions who is seeking exposure to sophisticated, high-value work within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of public and private M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, strategic investments, and general corporate matters across a variety of sectors.
You will take an active role in the management and execution of transactions, working closely with senior lawyers and high-profile clients while gaining significant responsibility and client exposure from an early stage.
The role will also provide exposure to shareholder and corporate governance-related matters, offering a varied and commercially focused practice.
About You
- Qualified attorney admitted to the New York State Bar and in good standing
- 2–5 years’ experience within a leading corporate practice
- Strong background in public and private M&A transactions
- Experience managing key aspects of complex deals independently
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive and client-focused approach
- Strong academic credentials

The expected salary range for this position is between $235,000 and $390,000 per annum, depending on experience and other relevant factors.
