We’re looking for a Project Manager to keep projects moving, clients happy, and the team focused.
It’s hands‑on, fast‑moving, and about clear communication, good judgment, and staying ahead of problems before they land.
Job scope
What you’ll do
- Be the main point of contact for clients and team
- Turn client requests into clear, actionable tasks for designers and developers
- Prioritise work across multiple active projects
- Run async updates and occasional calls to keep things aligned
- Spot scope creep, blockers, or delays early and deal with them early
- Keep everything organised in Notion and Slack
Must-haves
- 1–3 years managing web or digital projects
- Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
- Solid understanding of web design and/or development workflows
- Comfortable with Figma → Webflow handoffs
- Proactive. You don’t wait to be told what to do
- Organised, but flexible when priorities shift
- Happy working fully remote and async
Nice-to-haves
- Agency or client-facing experience
- Hands‑on familiarity with Webflow and/or Figma
- Understanding of conversion‑focused websites, especially for SaaS or tech
Package
Base Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Profit‑sharing bonus (team pool): Eligible after your first full year
- Christmas bonus
Pension:
- 5% employee contribution
- 3% employer contribution (rising to 5% after 2 years)
Time Off:
- 25 days of annual leave + UK bank holidays
- Up to 7 paid sick days per year (with more allowed for longer illnesses)
