We are seeking a DV Cleared Solution Architect to design the architecture for a large-scale ServiceNow Customer Service Management implementation.

The programme is being delivered by a leading IT services organisation for a major telecommunications provider, focused on transforming customer service operations through the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design the end-to-end ServiceNow CSM solution architecture
• Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions
• Define integrations, platform architecture, and data structures
• Provide architectural leadership across the programme
• Work closely with technical architects and delivery teams

Required Experience

• Active DV clearance
• Extensive architecture experience with ServiceNow
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow CSM
• Experience designing enterprise platform integrations
