The opportunity

North America is one of the company’s biggest growth markets and a major area of investment over the coming years.

We’re looking for an Enterprise SDR to help drive that growth from the UK, creating opportunities with enterprise marketing, brand and digital leaders across the US market.

You’ll sit at the front of the GTM motion, partnering closely with experienced Account Executives and owning the early stages of the sales process.

You’ll be based in the UK whilst supporting the North American market, so flexibility around working hours is important. In return, you’ll gain exposure to one of the most commercially valuable SaaS markets in the world, working with enterprise buyers and some of the world’s most recognised brands.

This is not a high-volume, transactional SDR role. The focus is quality over quantity. Strategic outreach, thoughtful prospecting and meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers.

Whilst outbound prospecting remains a core part of the role, you’ll be supported by an established marketing function, proven messaging and a business with genuine market traction.

Expect clear expectations. Around 7-8 SQLs per month. Enterprise buyers. Longer sales cycles. Conversations with recognised brands and senior stakeholders.

As the North American team continues to grow, so does the opportunity. Increased ownership, greater exposure to enterprise sales and a clear progression path for high performers.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven SaaS SDR with experience selling into mid-market or enterprise organisations.
  • Track record of consistently creating qualified pipeline and achieving quota.
  • Experience prospecting into the US market is highly desirable.
  • Background in AdTech, Digital Advertising, Creative Tech, Retail Media, MarTech or adjacent technology sectors would be advantageous.
  • Comfortable engaging senior marketing, ecommerce, digital and commercial stakeholders.
  • Commercially curious, resilient and capable of opening conversations with difficult-to-reach buyers.
  • Strong ownership mentality with the ability to work autonomously.
  • High energy, positive attitude and genuine ambition to progress within sales.
