Want to make an application Make sure your CV is up to date, then read the following job specs carefully before applying.Leicester (Hybrid)£50,000-55,000We are partnering with a leading global technology organisation to recruit a Professional Services Engineer to deliver complex, client-facing technical solutions.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments , enjoys working directly with clients, and can combine technical depth with strong communication skills .The RoleYou will be responsible for implementing and integrating security-focused products within client environments, ensuring successful delivery and long-term value.Key responsibilities:Leading end-to-end implementations of complex technical solutionsGathering client requirements and translating into tailored solutionsInstalling, configuring and integrating systems into existing environmentsSupporting data migration and system integration (APIs, platforms, etc.)Troubleshooting technical issues during and after deploymentDelivering client training and workshopsActing as a trusted technical advisor to customersManaging multiple projects in a fast-paced delivery environmentMust-have:Experience in a Professional Services / Solutions / Implementation Engineer roleStrong understanding of complex technical products (ideally security or SaaS)Proven experience working in client-facing environmentsAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholdersExperience working in fast-paced, delivery-focused environmentsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsTechnical experience:Experience with APIs, integrations and system architectureExposure to cloud platforms (e.g. GCP/AWS/Azure)Scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash or similar) desirableBackground in security or endpoint technologies highly advantageousKey Traits xcswzye for SuccessConfident and articulate communicatorAbility to build strong client relationshipsComfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlinesProactive, solutions-focused mindsetPlease NoteCandidates must have hands-on RF design experience (not just theoretical)GPS and/or wireless communication expertise will be a key differentiatorDue to the nature of the work, candidates must meet UK residency requirementsActive SC Clearance is required (or eligibility to obtain it)If you have the relevant experience outlined above and meet the requirements, please apply using the link provided….
