You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, coaching team members, and maintaining a positive and high-performing culture.The successful Production Leader will work closely with supervisors and senior management to improve KPI performance, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.ShiftsDouble Days, 6am – 2pm and 2pm – 10pm alternating weekly
Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily production activities across multiple product rangesMonitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and delivery performanceConduct team huddles and maintain KPI boardsCoach and develop Production Operatives and Deputy Production LeadersManage holidays, absence, return-to-work meetings, and 1-1sDrive health & safety compliance and continuous improvement initiativesSupport production planning and resource allocationEnsure ERP transactions and production data are accurate and timely
Skills & Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a Production Leader or manufacturing leadership roleStrong people management and coaching skillsExperience working within KPI-driven production environmentsKnowledge of health & safety and quality standards within manufacturingConfident using ERP systems and production reporting toolsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage performance, engagement, and conflict resolutionContinuous improvement mindset with strong organisational skills
