About the Role This role has been designed to work specifically with women living across the county, with diverse and complex needs to engage in treatment around their substance use, healthy relationships and mental and emotional health.This will be a trauma-informed service using an outreach model to ensure the flexibility needed to keep women engaged in treatment. There will be an emphasis on multi-agency working and networking to develop and provide sustainable pathways, supporting women to meet their goals. The role will be based in the North and East of Cornwall.We are part of a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of Cornwall’s most excluded and disadvantaged people. Successful candidates will work as part of the adult community team, alongside in-house services which include outreach, hospital, clinical, criminal justice and a residential rehabilitation facility. Requirements Were looking for a compassionate and motivated individual, with an exceptional ability to build meaningful relationships. You will have demonstrable experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist setting, or a clear motivation for wanting to work in the drug and alcohol sector. A successful track record of providing efficient and reliable customer service is essential.You will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage your time effectively. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained.
