Private Client Solicitor – Hedges – Employee Owned

Position Overview

Private Client Solicitor – full time, permanent (35 hours per week) based in Oxfordshire/Cotswolds. 3 days in one of our offices, with the option to work from home or a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide best‑in‑class inheritance and lifetime planning advice to high‑net‑worth clients.
• Draft complex wills, create and administer trusts, and manage estate planning and Court of Protection matters.
• Deliver excellent client assistance and advisory services, maintaining high client care standards.
• Support and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 3–5 years of post‑qualifying experience.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and IT skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a real people‑person attitude.
• Positive, optimistic, and hardworking with a can‑do approach.
• Comfortable with new technologies (STEP qualification desirable, support provided).
• Professional appearance and behaviour, respecting confidentiality.
