Sitting at the heart of our paid media activity, you’ll support multiple brands across the UK and Europe, playing a key role in how our strategy, performance and creative evolve.You’ll work closely with the Paid Social Strategy Lead, agency partners and in-house creative teams, giving you hands-on exposure to strategy, planning, creative development, campaign execution and performance analysis, all within a fast-paced, varied environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of day-to-day social lead generation accounts, including Unilux (a Dutch Hunter Douglas brand)Manage reporting, optimisation, sale changes, performance roadmaps and creative briefingAct as a key contact for the paid social agency on Norwegian accounts, supporting communication, campaign briefings and performance reviewsBuild strong relationships with international teams, sharing design briefs and performance insights across EMEA marketsManage the creative briefing process, including submitting briefs, tracking timelines and maintaining asset librariesConduct creative gap analysis to identify opportunities for new contentProduce weekly creative performance reports, highlighting top-performing assets and trendsSupport structured and insight-led creative testing across campaignsBuild and launch campaigns in Meta Ads Manager across international brandsSupport in-house management of the Swedish ad account, developing hands-on platform expertiseAssist the Paid Social Strategy Lead with reporting, creative strategy and ad copy developmentWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive and eager to grow within a friendly, high-performing team.You’ll bring:Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal teams and external partnersExcellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracyA genuine enthusiasm for learning paid social campaign executionThe ability to stay organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentA proactive mindset, taking ownership of tasks and driving them through to completionStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesA collaborative, team-first attitude and positive problem-solving approachA keen eye for creative, with the ability to spot trends and translate them into commercial ideasConfidence (or willingness to build confidence) in using data and insights to inform decisionsWhy Join UsGain real ownership and responsibility from day oneWork across multiple brands and international marketsDevelop hands-on experience in paid social strategy, creative and performanceLearn from experienced paid media specialists, agency partners and creative teamsJoin a supportive environment focused on learning, development and progressionBuild a strong foundation for a long-term career in paid social marketingWe understand there’s no one size fits all approach.
