Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Product Growth Manager to drive patient engagement across the Pathways Team, the group responsible for how we engage and support our patients throughout their treatment. Reporting to the Director of Treatment Pathways, you will work cross‑functionally with our Clinical, CRM, and Data teams to scale our impact.
This is a non‑traditional product role. Rather than managing a squad of developers to build new app features, your “product” is the end‑to‑end patient journey. You will identify and remove operational and digital bottlenecks as we scale to support thousands of people at once. Your mission is to ensure every patient receives the right support at the right time. You will design automated communication journeys and coordinated human touchpoints to improve retention and ensure no patient is left behind.
