As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Applications Engineer to join our engineering team.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Applications/Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between customers, engineering, and manufacturing. You’ll help transform customer requirements into high-quality engineering solutions while supporting projects from concept through to completion.
Responsibilities
Working closely with customers to understand technical requirements and provide engineering support throughout projectsProducing detailed engineering documentation including technical drawings, parts lists, and work instructionsSupporting Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and occasional customer visitsCollaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specificationAssisting with procurement coordination and technical project documentationSupporting continuous improvement of engineering templates, testing documentation, and O&M manualsContributing to a strong culture of quality, safety, and engineering excellence

Strong client-facing and communication skillsAn electrical engineering backgroundExperience or knowledge of LV switchgear (desirable)Good organisational and problem-solving abilitiesThe ability to work collaboratively across multiple departmentsA proactive and professional attitude
