We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to serve in the Front Office & Food & Beverage departments, delivering services for guests from check‑in to check‑out and assisting with Breakfast/Bar and Restaurant duties. This role influences first impressions of guests and ensures high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check‑in/out and audit procedures
• Maintain awareness of feedback from guests and other departments for the Guest Service Supervisor
• Take and deliver food and drink orders, providing excellent customer service and memorable experiences
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, promotions and product information
• Maximise room occupancy and use upselling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
• Apply correct procedures for acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash per hotel credit policy
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Follow company brand standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer‑focused industry
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
• Calm, efficient, organized with great attention to detail
• Ability to multi‑task while maintaining a positive attitude with guests
• Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Competent level of IT proficiency
