Head of Finance

Churchill Howard is recruiting an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Head of Finance to join a large scale, purpose-led organisation in the Midlands.

This is a high-profile, strategic role partnering directly with senior leadership to drive performance, shape growth strategy, and lead financial oversight across a fast paced, complex, multi-site operation.

The Role

• Trusted business partner to the MD and leadership team
• Ownership of financial performance including budgeting, forecasting & reporting
• Driving commercial insight and decision-making
• Supporting growth across existing and new markets, managing risks and identifying opportunities
• Optimising processes through the use of data analytics and reporting tools
• Developing and leading a high-performing finance team

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with relevant post qualification experience
• Proven senior finance leadership with P&L ownership
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influencing skills
• Experience in complex, multi-site environments
• Data-driven, analytical, and a confident decision-maker
• Driven, energetic and resilient leader
