They are looking to appoint a Trainee Block Manager in their Leeds office, a key hire designed to support senior team members and create capacity for further growth.

No previous block management experience is required. This Trainee Block Manager role is a genuine career opportunity where you’ll receive full training, work alongside experienced property managers, and gradually build the skills to manage your own residential portfolio within a specialist area of property.

The Package

  • Package £36k for the right experience (Up to £33k basic + £3k car allowance)
  • Working hours 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

The Trainee Block Manager Role

  • Supporting the management of a residential property portfolio
  • Assisting with communication between landlords, leaseholders, and directors
  • Coordinating maintenance and contractor instructions
  • Handling day-to-day queries and administrative tasks
  • Learning compliance, legislation, and best practice within block management
  • Gradually taking on more responsibility as your experience grows

The Person

  • Lettings or property management backgrounds (all considered)
  • Residential sales experience particularly fast-paced or city centre environments (ideal)
  • Strong customer service or administrative roles within property
  • Early to mid-stage in your career but with some professional experience
  • Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
  • Organised, reliable, and keen to learn
  • Comfortable working in a structured, office-based environment
  • Professional in your approach with a strong work ethic
  • Looking for a long-term career, not just a short-term role
  • Ongoing industry related qualifications and training covered
