About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Workday Solution Architect to lead large-scale Workday transformation programs and drive strategic HR technology initiatives. This role combines deep Workday expertise with executive-level program leadership to deliver impactful, enterprise-wide solutions. You will be responsible for defining solution architecture, managing complex program delivery, and partnering with business and IT stakeholders to align technology with organizational goals.
- Lead the design and architecture of Workday solutions across HCM, Finance, and/or Planning modules
- Define scalable, secure, and integrated Workday architectures aligned to enterprise strategy
- Drive roadmap planning and transformation initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise HR systems, with strong Workday expertise
- Proven experience in solution architecture and program delivery
- Experience leading large-scale Workday implementations or transformations
- Strong knowledge of Workday modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Finance, Integrations, etc.)
- Demonstrated success managing complex programs and stakeholder relationships
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
