Senior Solicitor – Licensing & Planning (Westminster)

Hampshire County Council is seeking a Senior Solicitor for its Bi Borough Planning, Licensing and Highways Team. This role involves advising on licensing issues for both Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. You will participate in Licensing Sub-Committee hearings and manage appeals in the Magistrates’ Court.
