Morela is proud to be supporting one of Uk’s most exciting boutique consultancies in the Service Operations, AIOps and Observability space as they look for the person to lead the next chapter of a flagship enterprise transformation. If you have ever wanted to operate at the very top of a programme, owning outcomes, shaping direction, and sitting in the room where decisions get made, this is it.

About the Client

Our client is a specialist technology consultancy operating exclusively in the Service Operations, AIOps and Observability space across Europe. They are not a generalist firm, they go deep, combining strategic design with hands-on implementation across Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Halo ITSM, and BigPanda.

Built on a partnership-first philosophy, they work with some of the world’s largest enterprises on high-stakes transformation programmes. They punch well above their weight, they are growing fast, and the people they hire get real exposure, not layers of bureaucracy between them and the client.

The Opportunity

You will be stepping into the driving seat of a major ServiceNow transformation for a global industrial powerhouse. Phase one is complete. Executive sponsorship is firmly in place. Now they need a senior leader who can own the next phase end to end.

This means genuine C-suite and senior stakeholder conversations from day one. You will not be contributing to someone else’s programme; you will be leading it. The long-term potential here is significant, with further growth expected across the account over the coming years.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the next phase of a large-scale ServiceNow transformation for a major global enterprise client
  • Operating as the primary programme lead, owning delivery, quality, and outcomes
  • Holding senior and executive-level client relationships with confidence and credibility
  • Translating complex business requirements into clear, scalable ServiceNow solutions
  • Driving governance, best practice, and implementation standards across the programme
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, not just a delivery resource

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven track record leading ServiceNow transformation programmes at enterprise scale
  • Consulting pedigree – Bain, McKinsey, or top-tier technology consultancy equivalent
  • Deep ServiceNow expertise across one or more modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD etc.)
  • The gravitas and communication skills to hold a room at C-suite level
  • Someone who leads from the front, not someone who waits to be told what to do
  • Comfortable operating in complex, international, cross-cultural environments
