Location: London (North London)

Compensation: £33,000 – £39,000 per year, with discretionary bonus.

What we’re looking for

• Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 minimum).
• Experience in Early Years management.
• Level 2 qualifications in Maths & English (functional skills) if Level 3 obtained after 2014.
• Leadership skills aligned to the role.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage nursery team, ensuring high standards of care and education.
2. Act as ambassador for Kido values and culture.
3. Support staff development and performance reviews.
4. Maintain compliance with EYFS and regulatory requirements.
5. Engage with parents and external stakeholders.
