We are currently looking for 2 Import Merchandisers with experience in the Fashion Industry who love working with customers, with the ability to build strong relationships working with Buyers from major Retailers.

Main Duties include.

• Supporting a major retail customer with day-to-day Product Merchandising
• Ensuring that products meet delivery dates.
• Raising orders and notifying factories as required.
• Communicating with the buying team and understanding key sample deadline and selection/ sign off dates.
• Working with buyers and the design team to receive design packs
• To ensure availability of all required samples for buyer’s selection meetings on time
• Request buyers’ feedback.
• To ensure a timely review of account performance
• Managing the critical path and ensuring the customer is updated.
• Work with 3rd Party warehouse to ensure the goods are booked and delivered as per agreed dates.
• Complete weekly dispatch report
• Arrange and lead customer meetings.
