Overview
Pax8 is hiring a Sales Development Representative in Bristol to help grow our partner community and accelerate cloud adoption through an AI-powered marketplace.
What You’ll Be Doing Day To Day
Prospecting & Outreach
- Identify and engage prospective partners using phone, email, and social channels
- Build interest through thoughtful discovery and a clear, authentic explanation of what Pax8 does
Qualifying & Booking Meetings
- Understand fit and intent, then book high-quality meetings between prospective partners and our Channel Account Managers
- Build trust through considered questions, active listening, and a consultative approach
Pipeline & Performance
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline in Salesforce
- Work towards clear monthly outcomes (meetings booked and completed, new partner sign‑ups, and a healthy funnel)
Learning, Coaching & AI-Enabled Ways of Working
- Use modern tools (including Copilot) to work more effectively and improve outreach quality
- Invest in your development through structured learning paths, coaching, and dedicated development time each week

Your work directly supports the growth of our UK partner ecosystem — helping MSPs modernise, automate, and scale. You’ll help turn early conversations into lasting partnerships and contribute to building a better cloud buying experience for thousands of businesses.
What You Bring
- Ability to build rapport and communicate clearly by phone, email, and message
- Consistency and resilience, with the ability to learn from setbacks and stay engaged
- Strong emotional awareness and a collaborative, consultative approach
- Comfort balancing outbound activity and varied tasks throughout the day
- Confidence using social platforms for prospecting (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Experience using a CRM to manage pipeline and track activity (Salesforce preferred)
- A learning mindset — open to feedback, curious, and proactive about development
- Interest in technology, cloud, or SaaS environments (no technical background required — just a willingness to learn)
